This hotel experience is differennntttt. As soon as you enter onto the property, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming staff ready to cater to your every need. We booked a Mountain View room, but got a free upgrade to the Ocean View Lounge King room and ohhhhh mmmyyyyyy goodnnnessss! The VIEW!!! Breathtaking!! Literally the most comfortable room I’ve had the pleasure of temporarily living in for 2 nights lol

There are 6 dining options available on the property. 1 Kitchen is the main dining restaurant and this is where you’ll have breakfast. I recommend paying for breakfast at the time of booking, that way you’re already taken care of. You’ll have the option of choosing the buffet or picking items from the a la carte menu. Listen to me when I say, you’ll want to choose from the a la carte menu every time and if they have the lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes on the menu, you’re gonna want to order that!! Literally the best pancakes I’ve ever had till this day.

The Sandbox, and Wai’oli Cool Treats are both poolside. Very convenient for extended hours at the pool/beach.

The calm and peaceful hotel by day, literally transforms by night. This is the place to be once the sun sets. The common areas were filled with good looking people who were clearly dressed to impress. Plenty of people were seen enjoying a drink by the bar, socializing in the lobby, and/or enjoying dinner at the 1 Kitchen. Please don’t be like me y’all!! Be sure to book your dinner reservation ahead of time. I completely missed the memo and unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked for the evening. I was able to order room service, which was fine, but I missed out on my opportunity to experience the 1 Kitchen’s full dinner menu that I was actually looking forward to. BOOK THE RESERVATION AHEAD OF TIME. Once night falls and you see how vibey the 1 Hotel gets, you’re gonnna want to relish in that environment.
