No. Airfare is not included in the trip price. Once your booking is confirmed, travelers are responsible for securing their own flights to and from the destination.

To make planning effortless, Luxe and Local offers flexible payment plans for select experiences:
Guests may secure their spot with a non-refundable deposit
Remaining payments should be made according to the schedule provided at booking
All payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation without refund
Payment plan availability, deposit amounts, and schedules vary by experience and will be clearly outlined prior to booking.

Yes! Luxe and Local experiences are thoughtfully curated and often include non-refundable accommodations, activities, and reservations made in advance. To protect both our guests and the integrity of the group experience, travel insurance is required for all Luxe and Local trips, including domestic travel.
All guests must secure travel insurance that covers, at minimum:
Trip cancellation/interruption
Emergency medical expenses
This ensures that unexpected events, such as illness, personal emergencies, or travel delays, do not result in financial loss for you or disruption to the group.
Important Notes:
Travel insurance must be purchased independently by the guest
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure
Failure to secure and provide proof of travel insurance upon request may result in cancellation of the guest’s booking without refund
Luxe and Local does not sell or provide travel insurance and is not responsible for losses incurred due to a guest’s failure to obtain coverage

No. All experiences booked via Luxe and Local are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused portions of the experience.
Luxe and Local is committed to creating a respectful, elevated, and welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to cancel a guest’s participation at any time if their behavior is deemed: disruptive, rude, abusive, disrespectful to hosts, vendors, or fellow travelers and/or detrimental to the overall group experience. In such cases, Luxe and Local may, at its sole discretion, issue a full refund. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and is final.
