Guests must be 21 years of age or older at the time of travel to participate in Luxe & Local experiences.

By booking a Luxe & Local experience, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for reviewing all trip details prior to booking. Luxe & Local experiences may include activities such as hiking and wellness experiences, and guests should ensure they are physically able and comfortable participating.

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the destination unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once guest arrive at the destination, Luxe & Local will provide transportation for all scheduled curated activities and group experiences as outlined in the itinerary.

To make planning effortless, Luxe & Local offers flexible payment plans for select experiences. When applicable:
Guests may secure their spot with a non-refundable deposit
Remaining payments should be made according to the schedule provided at booking
All payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation without refund
Payment plan availability, deposit amounts, and schedules vary by experience and will be clearly outlined prior to booking.

Recommended but not required unless otherwise stated. Luxe & Local experiences are thoughtfully curated and often include non-refundable accommodations, activities, and reservations made in advance. To protect both our guests and the integrity of the group experience, travel insurance is at times required for some Luxe & Local trips, including domestic travel.
When applicable, all guests must secure travel insurance that covers, at minimum:
Trip cancellation/interruption
Emergency medical expenses
This ensures that unexpected events, such as illness, personal emergencies, or travel delays, do not result in financial loss for you or disruption to the group.
Important Notes:
Travel insurance must be purchased independently by the guest
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure
Luxe & Local does not sell or provide travel insurance and is not responsible for losses incurred due to a guest’s failure to obtain coverage

No. All experiences booked via Luxe & Local are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused portions of the experience.
Luxe & Local is committed to creating a respectful, elevated, and welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to cancel a guest’s participation at any time if their behavior is deemed: disruptive, rude, abusive, disrespectful to hosts, vendors, or fellow travelers and/or detrimental to the overall group experience. In such cases, Luxe & Local may, at its sole discretion, issue a full refund. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and is final.
